Typographical Errors
If the product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect detail information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our OEM manufactures and suppliers, FreeTEL™ System shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. FreeTEL™ System reserve the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, FreeTEL™ System shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. FreeTEL™ System reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason even after issuing an receipt email or letter. FreeTEL™ System reserves the right to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item even after the order has been confirmed. All orders placed over US$ 1,000.00 must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. For security purposes, we may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. FreeTEL™ System is a online distributor to end user customers and reserves the right to decline orders from computer dealers, exporters, wholesalers, or other customers who intend to resell the products offered by FreeTEL™ System unless an approval has been issue directly by FreeTEL™ System.

Order Processing and Shipping
FreeTEL™ System will process to ship your order as fast as possible. Overnight and Second Day orders received before 4:00 PM EST will usually be shipped the same day, but our ability to process your order is subject to item availability, order volume, shipping restrictions and other circumstances and as such cannot be guaranteed. Please use our Contact Us page to arrange for expedited shipping or to confirm our ability to meet your schedule.

Backorder Policy
In the event the product you ordered is unavailable at our warehouse locations. This item may not have been available when you ordered it originally or another customer's order placed ahead of yours may have depleted the available inventory. Most backordered items are restocked within 3 - 5 days so we will keep your order open and do our best to ship the item (s) as soon as possible. We will not charge your credit card until the product ships. Should you elect to cancel your order at any time, please use our Contact Us page or call us at our main number.

International Orders
FreeTEL™ System currently provides service to the United States, Canada and Vietnam. International Orders might required extra shipping fees and duties.

Sales Taxes
FreeTEL™ System shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the State of Massachusetts, State of California, Province of Ontario, Province of Quebec and Vietnam. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.

Returns and Refunds
Products offered for sale by FreeTEL™ System are warranted by their OEM manufacturers to be free of defects for a specified period of time. FreeTEL™ System gladly honors our obligation to provide service and support for products under the terms of their warrantee, including returns for replacement. Unless arranged in advance, all other returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. In all cases the customer shall be responsible for all shipping charges. Please use our Contact Us page for a return authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Service and Support
All requests for technical service and support should be made directly to us in accordance with our terms and conditions. FreeTEL™ System will provide online documentation and links to online documentation, user groups, and other information as applicable.

Jurisdiction and Venue
You agree that any legal action brought against FreeTEL™ System shall be governed by the laws of the State of Massachusetts without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made on the FreeTEL™ System sites shall be an appropriate federal or state court located in Whitman, Massachusetts.
